1. Acceptance
By buying a course or the full School, or by using the website and the student area, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. The Chamados Para Fora Online School is offered by Adernailton Carneiro Sampaio (Ton Sampaio), CNPJ 18.604.734/0001-45. Questions: suporte@chamadosparafora.com.br.
2. What the School offers
The School brings together recorded online courses, a live monthly group mentoring session with the Chamados Para Fora team, recordings of the mentoring sessions and of previous editions of Impactados para Impactar, an exclusive announcements group for students and the Chamados Para Fora e-book. Each course and the full School have the description and benefits shown on the purchase page. New courses may be added over time.
3. Registration and access
Access is personal and non-transferable and lasts 12 months from release, for the course purchased or, with the full School, for all available courses. You are responsible for keeping your login secret and for providing accurate information. Sharing your login with other people is not allowed and may lead to suspension of access.
4. Prices and payment methods
Prices appear on the purchase page, in the currency of your region, before you complete the order. Payment can be made by Pix or card, according to the checkout options. When you choose to pay in installments by card, the total amount and the installments are shown before you confirm. The purchase is processed by a partner payment platform and the receipt arrives in your email.
5. 7-day guarantee and right of withdrawal
You have 7 days to cancel the purchase and get your money back, without having to give a reason, in line with article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. The period counts from the purchase.
To request it, write to suporte@chamadosparafora.com.br or message us on WhatsApp (+55 41 99945-7057) with the name and email used for the purchase. The amount is returned by the same payment method. How long it takes to appear on your statement or account depends on your bank or card issuer. Once refunded, access is closed.
6. Intellectual property
The School’s lessons, texts, videos, audio, materials and trademarks are protected by the Brazilian Copyright Law (Law 9,610/1998). Use is personal and for study. You may not copy, sell, publish, record for redistribution or share the content, including the mentoring recordings. To use excerpts in churches, groups or social networks, ask for permission by email.
7. Community conduct
In the announcements group and in the mentoring sessions, we expect respect. Offensive messages, spam, unauthorized advertising or illegal content may lead to removal from the group and suspension of access, with no right to a refund after the 7-day period.
8. Nature of the content
The content is biblical, formative and ministerial. It does not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. We do not promise specific results, such as healing, prosperity or life changes, because they depend on each person and on God. Our promise is to deliver the content and the support described on the purchase page.
9. Availability and changes
We do our best to keep the platform running, but there may be maintenance downtime or third-party failures. We may adjust, update or reorganize lessons and modules to improve the experience, without reducing what you signed up for. The dates and times of live mentoring sessions are announced in advance in the students’ group.
10. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end the access of anyone who violates these terms, uses the platform fraudulently or shares the content without authorization. You can stop using the School whenever you want. After the 12 months, access ends unless you renew.
11. Support
Support is provided by email (suporte@chamadosparafora.com.br) and by WhatsApp (+55 41 99945-7057). We reply as soon as possible, on business days.
12. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one on this page, with the date at the top. Changes do not alter what you have already signed up for without your agreement.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. For consumers, the courts of their place of residence apply. Students from other countries keep the consumer rights guaranteed by local law.
