Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

This policy applies to the website and the Online School of the Chamados Para Fora ministry, run by Adernailton Carneiro Sampaio (Ton Sampaio), CNPJ 18.604.734/0001-45, who acts as the controller of your personal data under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018, the LGPD).

2. What data we collect

We collect only what we need for the School to work:

  • Data you provide: name, email, phone or WhatsApp, country and, when payment or invoicing requires it, a tax ID (CPF) or other ID document and address.
  • Payment data: received and processed by the payment platform. We do not store your card number.
  • Student area usage data: courses, lessons watched, progress and certificates.
  • Browsing data: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and where you came from (for example, the ad or link you clicked).
  • Messages: what you send us by email or WhatsApp.

We do not ask for data about your religion or health. If you share something like that on your own initiative (a prayer request or a testimony, for example), we use it only for the purpose you indicated and publish it only with your permission.

3. What we use your data for, and the legal basis

Each use has a legal basis under article 7 of the LGPD:

  • Enrollment, access to the courses, support and notices about your purchase: performance of the contract (art. 7, V).
  • Issuing invoices, tax records and complying with orders from authorities: legal obligation (art. 7, II).
  • Security, fraud prevention and improving the website: legitimate interest (art. 7, IX).
  • Personalized ads (Meta Pixel), usage statistics and promotional emails: your consent (art. 7, I). You can withdraw it at any time.
  • Defense in legal proceedings or refund requests: regular exercise of rights (art. 7, VI).

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with those who provide services to the School, and only what is necessary:

  • the payment platform (Eduzz), which processes the purchase and issues the receipt;
  • the student area platform (MemberKit), where the courses and your progress are kept;
  • website hosting and email providers, which send the School’s messages;
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google, to measure results and show ads, when you allow cookies;
  • public authorities, when the law requires it.

These partners may use the data only to provide the contracted service.

5. Transfers outside Brazil

Some partners (such as Meta, Google and cloud providers) may process data in other countries. When this happens, we use providers that adopt protection measures compatible with the LGPD, in line with article 33. Students from other countries also have their data processed in Brazil, because the sales and the platform operate here.

6. Cookies

We use three types of cookies:

  • Essential: keep the website, the checkout and your login working. They do not depend on consent.
  • Statistical: show which pages are most useful (Google Analytics).
  • Marketing: let us measure ads and reach people who have already visited the website (Meta Pixel).

Statistical and marketing cookies only start working after you accept in the cookie notice. The notice is a small card in the corner of the page: it does not cover the content or block browsing, and if you ignore it only the essential cookies stay active. Your choice is saved in this browser for 12 months. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings. This may affect parts of the website.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your enrollment is active and, afterwards, for the period required by law (for example, tax records for 5 years) or needed to defend ourselves in a possible dispute. Data used for marketing is kept until you withdraw your consent. Once the period ends, we delete or anonymize it.

8. Your rights

Under article 18 of the LGPD, you can request at any time:

  • confirmation that we process your data, and access to it;
  • correction of incomplete or inaccurate data;
  • anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data;
  • data portability;
  • information about who we share it with;
  • withdrawal of consent and objection to processing done without it.

Just write to suporte@chamadosparafora.com.br. We reply within 15 days. If you believe your rights were not respected, you can complain to the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

9. How we protect your data

We use a secure connection (HTTPS), password-restricted access and partners that follow recognized security practices. No system is completely immune to failure. If an incident occurs that may cause significant risk, we will notify you and the ANPD, as the law requires.

10. Children and teenagers

The School is intended for people over 18. Minors can enroll only with the participation and authorization of a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the data provided.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The version in force is always the one on this page, with the date of the last update at the top. If the change is significant, we will let you know by email.
